Blush Engagement

An engagement ceremony drenched in blush tones, designed to bring two families together in a moment of shared joy. Tamayra managed every ritual detail — from the ring exchange to the parental blessings — while keeping the atmosphere light, warm, and visually cohesive. The venue, a heritage Bangalore bungalow, was transformed with cascading floral installations in pink, peach, and cream. The mandap was a minimalist dome of fresh blooms with a soft silk canopy, photographed beautifully from every angle as the sun set behind it.

Engagements are emotionally charged events where two families meet, sometimes for the first time. Tamayra's role is part planner, part cultural interpreter — we ensure that rituals proceed correctly while making sure guests feel welcomed, not overwhelmed. For this engagement, we prepared a detailed run-of-show that accounted for every family tradition, coordinated with the priest on timing, and built in buffer moments for photography. We also designed a small welcome area with a Polaroid guest book and signature mocktails, giving guests something to do during the natural lulls between rituals.
