Tamayra managed a tight timeline — the ceremony had to complete before the dinner service, which had to wrap before the DJ set — and executed a run-of-show that kept everything fluid without seeming rushed. The couple exchanged rings under a custom floral mandap framed by the skyline, while guests enjoyed signature cocktails designed to match the sunset palette — a gin-based creation with hibiscus and lime that became the evening's signature. As dusk fell, festoon lighting took over, transforming the terrace into a warm, golden room open to the stars.

Rooftop events in Bangalore are weather-dependent and time-sensitive — golden hour waits for no one. Tamayra's timeline management was the backbone of this event. We scheduled the ceremony for 5:30 PM sharp, with a 30-minute buffer before sunset, followed by cocktail hour as the light shifted, and dinner under full festoon lighting.
